School Health Services

We at Smile CDC & Smile HRR foundation provide school health services. We are constantly providing school health services to 13+ schools to facilitate all round development of students and screening for neurodevelopmental disorders. We also hold workshops and lectures for parents and teachers to increase awareness of child health and NDD’s and also provide counselling services and testing services.

We have developed various programs for schools. These include:

  • Teachers and parents observation forms to include student details, educational details, reasons of concern, class performance, behavior & social concerns

  • Screening methods & behavior checklist for ADHD, Oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, anxiety, depression

  • Checklist for learning disabilities, dyslexia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia with sections for motor development, reading skills, spelling/writing skills, arithmetic skills

  • Slow learner screening

  • Checklist for Asperger’s syndrome (Autism)

  • Mentally challenged screening

  • Eye, dental and hearing screening
